First Flight Couriers — Consignment number "m991a0042923" - one packet stolen

I sent a courier on 25th March 2016 to Varanasi through First Flight services.
The consignment reached Varanasi to the concerned person in 3 business days. I do appreciate the time of delivery, however the gift packs i had sent were open and "one" of the gifts were missing.

Please note the consignment number is "M991A0042923". I have already registered a complaint with the Pune police and they are looking into the matter of theft. However, i would really appreciate if the "First flight" services look into the matter on priority.

I understand that the vendor has to check what is being parceled. But the same should be done in the presence of the customer. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable to open someone else's gifts in their absence and then steal the one you like.
