This is to bring to your notice that i have not received the above courier dt. 14th April 2015 which was sent through First Flight Courier services from Mumbai to Lonavala. The Consignment No.B991Q9572347. Almost 23 days passed but still my courier is not received till date. I have tried calling first flight branches in Mumbai & Lonavala several times however i was not given proper feedback about my courier. The courier was travelling from Mumbai to Lonavala(Pune).
