First Flight Couriers — courier not delivered to me | |
My brother sent me courier from chattisgarh its not reached me yet and on tracking the consignment no in their website it shows as delivered to some unknown person whose contact no is also not mentioned in the site. Firstflight's customer care no mentioned in the website is wrong and is not working. Worst courier service i have ever seen. There is no option in their website to log a complaint. It was very important document which was sent through firstflight and now these careless ppl have no idea as to where it is delivered. This is the last time i have ever used this company.
