First Flight Couriers — Courier not delivered twice time | |||||
Dear Sir, This letter is regarding negligence of service by First Flight Courier company. I had an important document to be received from my previous employer. They send it through First Flight Courier service, Tracking no. W[protected]. First flight courier returned it by saying "insufficient address ".but mentioned address was sufficient to get mails and registered post . anyway I requested my employer to again send my documents and provided more details even mentioning landmarks. Employer company again booked my courier with first flight Tracking no.W[protected]. But again my consignment was returned back by First Flight courier company by saying "Out of service area". My question is 1.Why courier company take booking of couriers if they cannot deliver. 2.Who will bear the cost of loss due to undelivery of the consignment on time. 3.How would they know the importance of timely delivery of consignment .
