First Flight Couriers — courier not yet received after long 9 days

My company booked courier from Nagpur to Balugaon, Dist Khurdha, Odisha consigned no. M[protected] dtd. 22.07.2017. I check in your tracking system online from last 3 days it's showing that consign is laying at Puri. I don't understand what happen and why it's delaying . Please inform me it's very urgent.
