First Flight Couriers — Courier (PAN CARD) stuck at same place from last 10 days

Courier arrived at destination(Bangalore) on 3rd September but it's not moving out from there, it's stuck at same place from last 10 days. don't know the reason why this is not getting delivered.

NSDL has dispatched it on 31st Aug from Mumbai, it reached Bangalore on 3rd Sep and it stuck there and I could not see any movement after 10days of arrival also.

tried contacting courier office, no response/contact numbers are not working.

What if it is an urgent requirement instead of PAN Card..
