I would like to let you know that I have sent a monitor from Patna to Gurgaon having a consignment number U[protected] on dated 26/06/2020. Now the matter of concern is that the courier partner has sent my consignment by their personal means instead of sending it by flight as there is no status update available on this consignment number and the monitor display has got damaged. And when I raised for status update on the second day of my courier then they replied that it will be updated in sometime. However, has not been updated yet and they have damaged my display screen in some way and the recipient got a full damaged product and now my Company has lift a loss quote of 11200 + 18 percent GST(Trail attached).
Now you people tell me what kind of services your partner are delivering to your customer and who will pay this damage charge.
Even I would definitely file a lawsuit against your company as this is not tolerable on terms of services to the customer by a service oriented company.
Consignment receipt, Courier partner address and loss quote mail trail by the organization I worked for has been attached.
Note: Quantity by weight on packaging = 14.5 kg
Amount charged = 3750 INR
