Hi, My Consignment no is D991Q8894088. Bank has sent some important documents thru FFC. Since my mobile no. registered with bank was lost, I called to Local courier office where the courier is arrived and given the correct contact no. incase they find difficulty to reach me. They checked the courier and said its there with them. noted the no. and said will deliver in 2 hours to 1 day. After that they don't pick the call. next day status is "Returned to Hub".
Such a Stupid peoples working in Sidco Coimbatore, Tamilnadu branch. First of all, not picking the phone. I tried 100 times and they pick 1-2 times. I got someone mobile no. to contact. that stupid guy switch off his mobile always (Manoj Kumar - [protected]). When he doesn't want to pick up and answer, why company gives him mobile and job.
Inspite of speaking with them multiple times (after 1000 times try), they said will deliver it. Finally returned saying "Insufficient address". If I have received by Normal post, I would have received it rather thru this Worst courier service. Now I have to call bank and ask to resend thru some good quality courier and not thru stupid peoples who don't even attend the calls at Sidco Branch. Was this information helpful? |
