Dear sir/mam My courier was booked on 21th july 16 from dwarka new delhi en-route for jaipur. the courier service that was appointed is first flight couriers and even after 5 days of leaving delhi it hasn't been delivered to me. This is a very important courier and it was needed as soon as possible but the delay has made me suffer a great deal of loss. First flight has the highest courier charges and they promise to deliver the consignment the very next day and yet in my case they have shown such carelessness.
