Consignment - j991m7173956 Consignment yet not delivered despite of so many days, customer care aren't receiving calls, doesn't reply on mails, not doing anything. A emergency medical kit is in my consignment yet you people are delaying this and giving no information regarding this. Courier reached to kolkata on 8 may but not delivered yet, kolkata customer care not receiving calls, no further info from first flight available. This is not what i expecting from a mnc like you.
