First Flight Couriers — Couriered 12 pairs of show shocks but recived 6 pair of shocks and get 100 gm chocolates insteated of 700 gm

Friend couriered show shocks from Hyderabad to Bangalore. it contain 12 pairs of show shocks and 700 gm chockolates. But i received 6 pairs of shocks and get 100 gm chockolates. i think this first flight courier not deserve for service . please remove their from courier service.

they open courier from back site of cover and punch that with pins. i never saw this type of theft in my life.
