First Flight Couriers — Couriers not reached and the staffs behave irresponsibly

Hi team, I am Indirani. This is the third time i am facing this issue in first flight...My place is 25km away from udumalpet. Staff contact deatails: [protected] Place : First filight couriers, Udumalpet After getting a phone call (by 2.00 pm noon) about my courier is reached udumalpet courier office.. My dad travelled 25km from my place to receive the same. They informed me like till 6 p.m the office will be operative.Once my dad reached office by 4.45 p.m.. He found the office been closed and on call the staff informed him to receive tomorrow. And they also switched off the mobile and no more reachable. I[censored] guys cant deliver it to my place.. Please do inform the people like this is the place where we cant reach and cant be dispatched. so that we can use some other service. Kindly dont accept such couriers. If you accept it please take some responsibility to dispatch the same.Dont play with peoples matter.
