First Flight Couriers Customer Care Service — Courier not delivered and provided wrong information | |||||
Dear Sir, This letter is regarding mislead information and of service by First Flight Courier company. I had an important document to be sent .I sent it through First Flight Courier service, Tracking no. W991B1676380. First flight courier did not delivered but provide me wrong information that my packet is delivered and on asking POD they proved me a soft copy but when i asked them to provide physical copy than after two months they said my packet is not delivered and that is in HUB . Right now i am able to get my packet back. because of that i lost huge amount and i m quite upset with such behavior, My question is 1.Why courier company take booking of couriers if they cannot deliver. 2.Who will bear the cost of loss due to undelivery of the consignment on time. 3.How would they know the importance of timely delivery of consignment .
