First Flight Couriers — delayed delivery and improper response by branch, hub office and head office no response to telephone call | |||
This is regarding a cover booked from mumbai on 28/09/2017 to hyderabad. The said consignment reached hyderabad on 29/9/17, same day sent to branch, from branch it was out for delivery on 3/10/17 till morning 11.30 on 6/10/17 the said cover was not delivered i tried the contact number of branch, hub, head office provided in internet but there was no response from all the above after about two hours branch office number responded and the lady executive without even taking consignment simply gave another number and when contacted the given number it turned out to be customer care the person there again advised to contact branch this made me angry and i asked the executive is it the way their company is serving clients with irresponsible responses after heated arguements the executive put me on hold because of which call got disconnected again i called and the executive informed that the cover will be delivered by today (6/10/17) 5 pm I thought first flight is managed by professionals but it seems there is no control on front end and backend field/ operations staff all managers are careless in terms of service and customer care.
