First Flight Couriers — docket not delivery after 6 days.

Address:Parbhani, Maharashtra

My LIC docket/ parcel vide # M991B7360092 dated 03/07/2018 not delivered from Pune to Parbhani Maharashtra to reciever till date 09/07/2018.
I frequently follow with reciever FF courier company but no positively reply. Without addressed, tracking result shown as " Pending- addressee not available"
What expect such name of this courier company while sender follow to delivery.
Very poor response from FF .
