My father sent a post by first flight services for an important mail as on 15th of September 2018 which had my very important document with AWB U991B0499834, and was assured that the delivery of the mail will be done within 7 days and given the benefit of doubt for the festivities the date has already crossed. Post that my father tried reaching the service centre to track the order and he was told that the same will reach by 26th of the month as deadline and the same has also exceeded. In between the period the courier was also tried to track from our end on the official website and its showing transit from the last 4 days. We tried reaching over the phone too but the numbers mentioned on the official site was incorrect. After trying out his level best my father went to dealer who had booked the consignment and he informed that it has reached kochi however, the delivery is not yet done. Any of our emails are not yet answered thus my father put it on Twitter through his account but the result lies the same.
Also, I would like to enlighten that my father is a patient of high blood pressure and hence not keeping well and this entire chaos has impacted a lot on his health and aggravated his situation and since the document is important to me and I have to submit the same at the I have not gone for my job and which has hugely impacted on my salary and have suffered a loss of INR 5000/- .
I have the below mentioned issues :-
1- why the price was charged for 7 days delivery ?
2- if there was a delay in the delivery then why was the same not conveyed?
3- Why is the official site not displaying the serviceable number?
4- why the false information is being given to my father?
Attached are the documents for your reference also, would like to claim a monetary compensation of INR 15000/- for the emotional, physical and monetary loss occurred due to the incident.
