I am writing this complaint after 20 followups on phone and multiple emails to first flight people. I have booked a package on s991b0185158 on 9th march 2016 and it is stil not delivered ie 29th march 2016 I called up your contact center on 19th match and registered a complaint 182598 and i have been following with them every day, and every day i get an irresponsible response and they hangup the phone. So far i have neither got my parcel delivered nor a proper response.From the support team. They are not even saying where it is. Was this information helpful? | |||||
