First Flight Couriers — Fraudulent services by first flight courier | |||
We're subsidiary for online shopping and keep using courier services to dispatch the products. We used first flight for first time and it turned out to be nightmare. The consignment was dispatched on 6th aug'16 from pune to jagdalpur and it is yet to be delivered. The cherry on the cake is that noone is taking responsibility of the lost courier. Pune branch is blaming raipur branch and vice verca. We're not only losing customer but also the brand image. Who would be responsible for the loss.
