This is to inform you that I have send a courier from tinsukia to guwahati through your company Pod no N[protected] on 13/12/2016.after reciveing tow days your employees not delivered the courier On time.this is an example only. This type of incident Happend with me several times. Even after so many followup courier will not delivered on time.

Therefor this is my request you Kindly to advice your employees to take it as serious matter in future.
