Pathetic Service by First Flight
Please see the below series, I was expecting a courier from Hyderabad to Gurgaon which is dispatched on 02Nov and got returned back on 13 Nov. There are 2 couriers under tracking id A991B2927183 & A991B2927190. Both got returned with reason insufficient address, when the address is insufficient did they tried to reach over mobile. And when I was trying to reach the customer care there is no response on all the numbers. And even I have sent mail which they did not bother to reply which are sent to [protected]@firstflight.net", "[protected]@firstflight.net". Worst service I have ever seen.

You cannot do this job proper, why do you service this job, i request you close the first flight office. Open new tea shop or vegtable shop. Dont f#ck public. One of the worst service.
