[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — Item missing in parcel

parcel from varanasi to ghaziabad consignment no. - J991M1227525 PARCEL WEIGHT 800GM Dear sir, when i open the box, i found some item was missing. Then i go for weight measurement of parcel and found current weight is 650gm. Two item was missing in that parcel.

1 item missing from O991B0864607 from Gurgaon to Bangalore. Package received had a small cut and the delivery boy delivered the package at the gate without calling the receiver. If one can't rely on courier services also now how does one get things delivered?? Highly corrupt people in First Flight.
Please close your service if you can't do the one thing you are supposed to do.
