My name is Mohit .I booked a courier (J991M4850053)on 30 Aug which I expected to reach in 2-3 days.But after waiting for a week also I didn't get my parcel.Finally, on 9 Sept my courier was given to me by given by one named Somsekhar.On complaining he arrogantly told me not deliver next time with HIS company and all that in a very loud scream .I did not receive it as the parcel was of no use to me by then.I request the concerned authority to take strictest of action against such employees and to take cognizance of the matter.
