First Flight Couriers — Missing consignment complaint

Hi,

I am a regular user of First Flight.

My father sent me a courier from first flight on 24th Dec from Lalganj Bihar to Govindpuri Delhi.

Now when I am tracking the courier from its consignment number U[protected], It says the number is invalid.

I am attaching the receipt of my courier.

Please revert to the mail and ensure earliest delivery.

My fhater pan card issued by Date[protected] in you first flight courierI have call you are office but you all staff Mobile switch off not customer response

The contents of my package being delivered were not received fully, half of them were stolen on the way. The package was cut using a blade from side and again taped back.
