since 23 november my parcel was booked by m/s stanza stationary prashant vihar

it was booked from karam pura from there side
since 6 days it is coming that my parcel is in faridabad hub
i called up faridabad office miss mukta picked up ph no : [protected]
she says i will deliver it tomorrow but no answer
