First Flight Couriers — Non delivery and no tracking information | |||
I had ordered an item on ebay for which the seller gave a First Flight consignment number D[protected] on 30th July. On the courier webtracking system it asked me to contact customer care for tracking info. I did so but there is no response from them even after 3 days. Now the web tracking page shows 1st Aug as the booking date instead of 30th July on which I received the consignment number. What does this mean? I tried to contact their corporate office and the Mumbai office but they either dont pick up the phone or if they pick up, they cut it without listening to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
