First Flight Couriers — Non delivery and no tracking information

I had ordered an item on ebay for which the seller gave a First Flight consignment number D[protected] on 30th July. On the courier webtracking system it asked me to contact customer care for tracking info. I did so but there is no response from them even after 3 days. Now the web tracking page shows 1st Aug as the booking date instead of 30th July on which I received the consignment number. What does this mean? I tried to contact their corporate office and the Mumbai office but they either dont pick up the phone or if they pick up, they cut it without listening to me.
