First Flight Couriers — Non-delivery of courier after 15 days of booking | |||||
Booked parcel on 19 May, 2017 vide consignment no. B[protected]. Parcel booked from first flight, wagle estate, thane to Roukela, Odisha. Parcel not delivered till 3rd June, 2017. FF is telling parcel misrouted to guwahati and redirected to rourkela. Talked several times to customer care and sent e-mail. Every time getting assurance that it will be delivered.
