Our client usha martin ltd, ranchi, booked a docket vide u [protected] dt. 05.08.2017 ex ranchi to palakkad.
The docket contains very valuable documents.
We have been following up for last 12 days. But docket not received yet.
We fear complete loss. Contacted all your offices through email. No proper response yet.
Tried to contact all your regional offices with available phone numbers. No one lifts the phone. So unable to talk to them.
We do not know what to do now.
Please help.

Updated by Valiant Engg Just now I got a call from [protected] . This number is in the name of Indian Consumer Forum, Castamber Care.
Looks like a Fraud.
He asked me in Hindi about the complaint. I explained. After listening to my complaint, he asked me my Bank Debit and Credit Card. I refused to give and he disconnected.
