First flight couriers consignment number D991Q7600417, Item arrived at destination (hyderabad) on 29.12.2015, out for delivery. today is 2.1.2016. we have still not received the item. Tracking online shows insufficient address. our complaint: 1. the courier company did not call us (we provided my mobile number [protected] to sender) to know full address for delivery, nor did they contact the sender for full adress. They have not delivered the item, kept it with them for five days now.
