First Flight Couriers — Not delivering on their own committed time and highly irresponsible answers | |||||
My consignment number is c991z3175526. The parcel has to be deliverd to me on 23.3.2016. When i called to the customer care, they told the same, ie) before 7pm it will be delivered. They said it was hand overd to thiruvanmiyur branch, chennai, and they gave me three contact numbers of thiruvanmiur branch ( when i called three times to customer care, they gave me three different contact numbers on each time) the stupidity is none of the three no is responsible. One no is wrong no, second one is switched off and the third one is not picking my call even after i dialled more than 10 times... It is highly irresponsible first flight courier. I ask other people not to go to this first flight courier at any time Was this information helpful? | |||||
