First Flight Couriers — Not received the consignment and no response from customer care

my consignment number is:D[protected] Booked from delhi to khammam and booking date is 26/12/2014 and tilldate(01/01/2015) I had not received my consignment and it is showing the status from 27/12/2014 was dispatched from delhi jub and no further infomation provided.I contacted the customer care but no response even they are not lifting their phones.I want to file a case against the first flight in consumer court
