Hi team,

I have booked the shipment on 13th nov 2018 at varanasi for bangalore, but shipment has not reached to bangalore.in tracking tool package is showing at marathalli branch.

I tried calling in marathalli branch but they don't have the package. Please help me to locate the package as it has been more than 2 weeks since the package was booked.
