This complaint is to draw the attention of the officials towards the unprofessionalism and lack of sense towards their duty.

With due respect to the company and its policy my document hat court papers which had my signatures on it and had to reach the destination asap. We enquired the destination outlet also and the package was no where to be located. I am waiting to solve my issue at court first since it's of family importance.

I would be very thankful if the issue is solved and the papers are delivered.
