First Flight Couriers — Packaging issue and un-professional behaviour from staffs | |||
I opted for first flight courier to ship food items (3 packets of snacks of 2kg) from pune to ghaziabad. I received the parcel with one of the packets torn. The packet was torn with impression of blade cut. Not to mention the item had to be thrown to the dustbin. I approached pune call center and the behaviour from them was very un-professional.
