First Flight Couriers — Packet not traceable | |||||
I had used first flight courier service to get a packet delivered at Srinagar, sent from New Delhi, booked on November 21, 2015. Till date they haven't delivered it and on top of it, they can't even trace the packet, I have contacted them repeatedly and sent emails to them. They don't even bother to reply and quite casually they are dealing with the situation, rather not dealing. I feel so sorry to do business with them and it is becoming a reason of mental trauma.
