B[protected]. Shows that pan card received at local office on 13 aug. Till date item not delivered. No response from local office. Not only mine, but also several pan cards were lying in first flight courier office undelivered. My friend was forced to collect as their reply is short of delivery boys. More n more people are suffering by this attitude n tendency of staff over there in visakhapatnam.
