First Flight Couriers — Parcel damaged while receiving | |||
My friend send me a parcel from Bangalore to Chennai. It was suppose to be delivered on 30th May 2015. But it was taken back to hub saying that no person available for delivery and mobile no. not mentioned. It is not mobile no was mentioned in the parcel. I got my parcel again on 2nd june by raising a complaint. But it was damanged . Delivery man said rat spoiled the parcel.. Cant believe how can be so irresposible...by seeing this kind of problem how can we trust a courier services and send important documents. Consignment no: F[protected] 2nd June 2015 Attached the images for your reference. We have already wrote mail to these ids as per customer care guidance. still no response.
