On 18th november, 2016 i send a parcel to "myntra" and i wrote the address properly as provided by myntra and wrote "myntra" specifically so that it would be delivered to the correct address. But when i contacted myntra, i got to know that even after 15 days they have not received any parcel from my side but in tracking details it is showing that it was delivered on 19th november, 2016 and this is creating problem for me as payment is due from myntra side.
When i checked the drs copy of the parcel, i got to know that they have delivered the parcel to "instakart services private limited" even after writing the address properly and "myntra" on top of the parcel.
Now when i contacted first flight and asked them to deliver my parcel to the right place, nobody is responding.
If this type of service will be provided to the customers then customers will spread bad word of mouth for first flight which i don't think is good for your company.
Please take some action asap as its been 1 month that my parcel has not reached myntra.
