Dear sir my parcel no: j991m7358167 has been delivered to wrong address and person. The courier boy was very irresponsible... He did not tried to deliver at right person and did not call. Instead he delivered to unknown person and address... While address mentioned on parcel was correct. Pls take action on such irresponsible courier boy.
