The below parcel was lost in transit from lko to bangalore & still we had not received anyclaim from past 5+ mnth. We had been following with our vikas nagar first flight branch & there is no resulution from last 5 mnths Its surprising that firm like first flight had a poor processes with big brandname which seems to be a fake now.
