Hi,
We have sent a courier to Homeshop, Noida on 28/4 and this is to be delivered to the place. When I log the consignment number to track it online, it states as delivered. We require a proof of delivery so that I am able to claim my product in Homeshop. When I am about to enquire this to Chennai office, they have diverted me to my regional office and then it proceeded to Head office (Mumbai). I am frustated of calling to too many people but yet to have a solution. My consignment number is S[protected]. I have the particular receipt...So should I be lodging a complaint on loss of my product?
What kind of tracking system are they using? What if they are blind of telling where my courier is?
I require a proof of dispatch if it is delivered...
