First Flight Couriers — Parcel not delivered to home address

The Parcel of Consignment No. N[protected] booked from Ullabari Guwahati, Assam on16/12/2014 arrived to Tinsukia Courier, Assam on 18/12/2014. When we contacted Tinsukia office they told us that the parcel will not be delivered before 22/12/2014 at my place. My place is around 22km from tinsukia office. Therefore, I had to go to Tinsukia office and collect my parcel because their was important document. Please treat the matter seriously and look into the matter. With regards, Mr. Tapan Kr.
