How many times i tried to contact ffcl customer care, head office, regional office local offices too.. But there is no response from your side. I already registered a complaint for not receiving my parcel, but till no body reply me and there is no proper communication. I need my parcel immediately because it is from nsdl department. So take necessary action asap...

At-last i got my PAN card, But your side communication is too bad.. and local FFCL location is not properly updated. Very bad experience from FFCL side.. So much disappointment, ..
