First Flight Couriers — parcel undelivered.. pathetic customer service | |||||
I am dr. Asmita indurkar. I was supposed to recieve a parcel from wardha on 21/12/17 (Tracking number - m991b6565079) the delivery person called me and didn't come for delivery that day. I spoke to your customer service person who was clueless about my parcel. I tried calling your regional office in mumbai but there was no response. I am very much disappointed by such an unprofessional service from a brand like yours. I request you to kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Place sir ans me why ? my sample send raipur to mumbai but nagpur to raipur return other cuorirs (nandan cuorirs).
