First Flight Couriers — product does not reaches to the destination

Hi team,

I am suppose to received my urgent parcel from pune to hyderabad which has been delivered by 28 july and committed date by 31 july. Today is 3 aug. And i did not received my parcel yet.. There is no information about in tracking system also. When trying to call on customer care number it is going busy from past 2 days.

I am really disappointed with the service as i already lost things due to getting delay in delivery and after that also i have no clue where is my parcel.

Hi team,

I am not to received my urgent parcel from Gonda to haridwar which has been couriered by 31 July and committed date by 3 Aug. Today is 6 aug. And i did not received my parcel yet.. There is no information about in tracking system also. When trying to call on customer care number it is going switch off from past 2 days.

I am really disappointed with the service as i already lost things due to getting delay in delivery and after that also i have no clue where is my parcel.
