First Flight Couriers — regarding delay in delivering consignment

I have booked the consignement through first flight courier satna (Mp) on 12th of november 2018 and at the time of giving the consignement i asked the person over there that when this consignement is going to be delivered they have said that on 16th of november 2018 but till not they and delivered it and no one from satna office is responding to my concern as i have called them various time but no one is taking the responsibility over there. Now they are saying that delivery of the product is not our reaponsibility. Please take some strict against them.

This is regarding my courier which is dispatched by 2 november from Mumbai, and expected to be delivered on 12 november. But up till now the courier is still in Mumbai office.

B903Z8386876 Lalit Gupta received at jaipur 05/11/2018 but not delivered today and myself tonking your staff misbehave toking your delivery boy & your center at vaishali nagar manager.
So hardly request my couriar is delivered today.
