First Flight Couriers — Regarding delivery of consignment

I made a order through MYNTRA (online store) on 09/06/2014 and they shipped it on 10/06/2014 and same one reached at destination (Raigarh, chattisgarh) on 20/06/2014 ( as i confirmed from FIRST FLIGHT RAIGARH office). But after everal times follow up they didn't send it at my place and when I again asked them for the same the told tht we have return back the consignment. Because of that I only suffered and at last I didn't get my product due to negligence of courier company even after two times complaint done to MYNTRA they didn't take any action regarding that.
