[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — return my goods with same day

dear sir, my self jairam barik from kolkata-700156, my CONSIGNMENT no-B991Q3375346. missed card was given to me on dated 10.12.13 at 12.56 pm . in the time i was in office. but next day i went raharhat branch kolkata to recieve my document but they returned the material. my document was so need ful to me. as per missed card, the document should keep in the branch next 2 working days. then how to return the document. plz see my matter urgently.
