As per company site, shipment Dispatched to Branch for Delivery from Marol Hub on 24.1.19, but not yet delivered. A mail was sent, but no revert yet. Really pathetic service that company does not care to even inform to its customer about the status. Even contact numbers given are not working/not picking up call. Shipment carry important document and expecting timely delivery, not delivered on time yet will lead financial loss..who is going to bear the loss??? I think senior management is do not care...
