First Flight Couriers — shipment number j[protected] from lucknow to selaqui, dehradun

I have shipped a courier docket number j[protected] on 15 nov 2018 in favour of mr. Rajesh sharma from lucknow (Up) to selaqui, dehradun (Uttrakhand)-248197. Till date ie, 22 nov 2018, same has not rpt not been delivered to the addressee, after lapse of eight days. I have noticed that despite tracking first flight courier services neglecting customer satisfaction.
Treat urgent and deliver my shipment forthwith.

Updated by rupsoma1 First flight courier services may please be charged for my massive loss due to not delivered my shipment number J[protected] (Consumer complaint ID 2153419). Consumer Court reforms should take immediate action for the same. TREAT URGENT TO DELIVER MY SHIPMENT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
First Flight Courier Services, DEHRADUN HUB are fully responsible for the same.
