Hi First Flight, Good Afternoon. we have a grievance that needs to be addressed we were supposed to Receive courier with Below details. Tracking ID : U991b0144171. We used first flight service to send this courier but even after six days we have not received it yet. The Status which was updated on 8th Sept is "Insufficient address". The Address we have provided is completely correct and more than sufficient to reach.It will take you to the Exact Building number where we work and than you have phone number to call. Even lets assume that the address was not complete as you believe then also you can call us to get more details which you did not do. Its been 6 days and we have not got this courier and that parcel will be almost of no use if we wont get it immediately. This kind of service is very unprofessional.
